سياسة الخصوصية
باختصار
جيو منيو يعرض المطاعم وفروعها على الخارطة ويخليك تطلب من المنيو والدفع كاش عند الاستلام. نجمع بس اللي نحتاجه حتى يوصلك الطلب. ما عندنا إعلانات، ولا متتبّعات، وما نبيع أو نشارك بياناتك لأغراض تسويقية.

ما نجمع صور، جهات اتصال، بيانات دفع، ولا أي شي من تطبيقات ثانية.
منو يشوف بياناتك
- السائق اللي يقبل طلبك يشوف اسمك ورقمك وعنوانك بس أثناء التوصيل. بعد التسليم أو الإلغاء يبقى عنده المبلغ ورقم الطلب فقط.
- Firebase Authentication (Google): يرسل رمز التوثيق برسالة SMS لرقمك ويتحقق منه. يستلم رقم هاتفك لهذا الغرض بس. تنطبق شروط خصوصية Firebase. حذف بياناتك يحذف مستخدم Firebase أيضاً.
- واتساب (Meta): بديل اختياري — يوصل عليه الرمز بس إذا اخترت «أرسل الرمز عبر واتساب».
- خرائط Google: لعرض الخارطة. تنطبق سياسة خصوصية Google على استعمال الخارطة.
- بياناتك مخزّنة على خوادمنا ونظام الحسابات الخاص بينا، وما تنباع ولا تنشارك لأي طرف ثاني.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ برقمك وعنوانك لحد ما تحذفهم. سجلات الطلبات نحتفظ بيها للحسابات، لكن بعد الحذف تبقى بدون رقم ولا اسم ولا عنوان ولا موقع. رموز التأكيد تنتهي خلال ٥ دقايق.
الدعم والاقتراحات: رسائل الدعم تحفظ نص الرسالة ووسيلة التواصل (اختيارية) ومعلومات الجهاز والتطبيق ولقطة الشاشة إن أُرفقت، لمدة أقصاها ١٢ شهراً، وتتولاها Makank LLC ([email protected]).
المساعد الذكي: الرسائل الصوتية والصور المرسلة إلى المساعد الذكي (Ai Support، ذكاء اصطناعي) تُعالَج فقط للرد عليك ولا يُحتفظ بها أكثر من ٣٠ يوماً، وتتولاها Makank LLC ([email protected]).
حذف بياناتك
- من التطبيق: الحساب ← «احذف رقمي وبياناتي». ينمسح رقمك واسمك وعناوينك وموقعك المحفوظ وربط طلباتك بجهازك فوراً، ويطلع التطبيق من رقمك.
- أو راسلنا على [email protected] من أي مكان، ونحذفها خلال ٧ أيام.
الأطفال
التطبيق مو موجّه للأطفال تحت ١٣ سنة وما نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

Privacy Policy
In short
GeoMenu shows restaurants and their branches on a map and lets you order from their menus, paying cash on delivery. We collect only what is needed to deliver your order. No ads, no trackers, and we never sell or share your data for marketing.
What we collect and why

| Phone number | Used to make sure the order is real and by the driver to reach you. It is verified with a code sent by SMS (or by WhatsApp if you prefer). |
| Name (optional) | So the driver knows who to hand the order to. |
| Delivery address and location | To sort restaurants by distance and bring the driver to your door. Location is read only while the app is open, with your permission. |
| Order history | Items, amount, restaurant and status — so you can track your order, and for accounting. |
| Random session ID | Links your cart and orders to your device without an account or password. |
We do not collect photos, contacts, payment card data, or anything from other apps.
Who sees your data
- The driver who accepts your order sees your name, phone and address only while delivering it. After delivery or cancellation they keep only the amount and order reference.
- Firebase Authentication (Google) sends the verification code to your number by SMS and checks it. It receives your phone number for that purpose only; the Firebase privacy terms apply. Deleting your data also deletes the Firebase user.
- WhatsApp (Meta) is an optional alternative: it delivers the code only if you choose «Send code by WhatsApp».
- Google Maps renders the map; Google's Privacy Policy applies to map use.
- Your data is stored on our own servers and accounting system, and is never sold or shared with anyone else.
Retention
We keep your phone number and address until you delete them. Order records are kept for accounting, but after deletion they no longer contain your phone, name, address or location. Verification codes expire after 5 minutes.
Support and suggestions: support tickets store your message, optional contact, device and app info, and any screenshot you attach, for up to 12 months, handled by Makank LLC ([email protected]).
AI assistant: Voice notes and images you send to the assistant (Ai Support, an AI) are processed only to answer you and kept no longer than 30 days, handled by Makank LLC ([email protected]).
Deleting your data
- In the app: Account → «احذف رقمي وبياناتي» (Delete my number and data). Your phone, name, addresses, saved location and the link between your orders and your device are erased immediately, and the app signs you out.
- Or email [email protected] and we will delete it within 7 days.
Children
GeoMenu is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
